biggest bang for your buck

I enjoy a good workout just as much as the next person. But sometimes we all do not have the time to put in a good 45-60 minute workout....but we still want to sweat, get some endorphins firing and burn a few calories. I found this beauty of a workout on Pinterest and it is awesome!! I promise you will be sweating (if you do it full out...duh) and breathing heavily by the end of this. And the best part...it takes all of 4 minutes! Check it.

20 seconds of burpies with a push up
10 second rest
20 seconds of mountain climbers
10 second rest
20 seconds of high knees
10 second rest
20 seconds of jumping jacks
10 second rest
(repeat entire thing twice)
