Cookie Giveaway!!

Here is what you need to know.

Her name is...Laura Decker and you can see her delectable designs here  or here. She makes the most beautiful and delicious cookies you will EVER taste! Sometime I might tell you about when I purchased a few for my children and had consumed two of them (they are huge!!) before I even got home....that good my friends!!

I suggest you like her on facebook so you know what goodies she is whipping up (she does way more than sugar cookies) and how you can get your hands on them! I personally was daydreaming about how fabulous her cookies would be at my next event...and by next event I mean next time I have a sugar craving:)

The best part is she graciously is giving away a set of six big cookies (pumpkins, turkeys, leaves, ornaments...you pick) with or without names written on them. (umm hello perfect idea for Thanksgiving place cards!!!)

If you want to be entered for this giveaway (and you live locally) comment below with what cookie design you like the most and what you would use the cookies for if you won. Please include your email address as well as a way for me to contact you if you win-I promise I will only use it for that purpose. I will draw a winner at the end of this week so keep your eyes and ears open:) And the best part is that you can order your own cookies whether you win or lose!! You can place orders or ask questions by email at flourpower7@gmail.com or through her facebook account. And you're welcome for introducing you to Laura just as the holiday season starts....I know she will come in handy!

Happy Cookie Giveaway Everyone!!

Love her cookies! I like the leaves best, a nice variety of them. I would probably let my family share them, but I'd really want to hide in a closet and eat them all myself!

I too, like the leaves. We have made a "Thanksgiving Tree" where each child makes a leaf (using paper hand-prints) and writes one thing that they are thankful for and why. Starting November 1st, we add new leaves each day to our tree, with it being in full "bloom" by the end of the month (it's a little backwards scientifically, but still a neat concept to watch). The leaf cookies would be a perfect compliment to our "leaf" theme.

I also love the leaves, but I can imagine she makes some pretty lovely Christmas designs as well. In theory I'd love to use them to let teachers know we are thankful for them, but knowing myself, they would probably all be eaten before leaving the house.

Ooh, her cookies are delish! Used to always see her at the DG farmers market. Super yummy!

I love the turkeys! Your idea about using them as place "cards" with names on them was great.

I think the leaves are lovely. I think if I won I'd send a care package to my college girls. They would be so happy!

I like the turkeys & the way she does the colors at the ends of the feathers. I would use them for placecards at thanksgiving too - 6 adults & 6 cookies, perfect! :)

Love this Abby! I truly do like them all, but if forced I'd have to go with the leaves. So beautiful!

If I won, I would use the cookies for my face. First the mouth part, then the tongue part and then the teeth part. And then the stomach - but that's not part of my face.

Love the turkeys. They would make a great addition to the Thanksgiving table we are going to be at. I am so very thankful to all the wonderful people in my life. Especially the very talented cookie making friends.

I like the turkeys! :) Honestly, I would eat them... but I like to think that I would share!

I would like the little round ones, mostly because no one else does and I'm thinking they would feel left out. I am happy to help them feel less insecure and more at home in my mouth and the mouths of my four little ones.

I love the Turkeys. I'd gift these to my kids if I won. They'd be so surprised.
